         1. Asia Global Travel is responsible for seriously protecting and securing your information.

         2. Asia Global Travel surely do its rights and responsibilities mentioned in the service contract which is signed between you and and Asia Global Travel. However, we reserve the right to amend the itinerary or cancel the trip at any time that we deem necessary for your safety. The charges (if any) will be promptly notified you as soon as posible.

         3. Asia Global Travel is exempt from liability at anytime during the contract performance if force majeure occurs due to weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, riot, war and/or aircraft, trains, tram is delayed or cancelled because of weather or technical problems,…leading to the delay/cancellation of the tour services. We will refund you the tour fee after deducting the service costs which already done such as visa fees, air tickets, accommodation/meals… and not be responsible for any other costs.

         1. To purchase a tour or service from Asia Global Travel, you need to carefully read and accept the specific terms in the service contract.

         2. You are responsible to truthfully and accurately declare your personal information, credit card information. If any error, fraud or dispute arises, Asia Global Travel reserves the right to cancel your purchased tour.

         3. You are responsible to check your personal information and account information (or payment card) to ensure that the payment is valid. After successful payment, Asia Global Travel will not solve any claims about payment.

         4. You are not allowed to use the contents of this website for commercial purposes without the approvement in written documents from Asia Global Travel.
